I dont even know if its anything remotely LIKE tennis elbow. I played softball for about 6 years. But now (in the last 2-3 years or so) my elbow will hurt for no apparent reason and it will get pretty swollen sometimes. It also shoots pain down my arm occasionally and into my hand. I know I want to see a doctor about it, but Im waiting for my new insurance to fully kick in.
I use those Icy Hot sleeves fairly often, and it seems to help, but its cutting into my budget.
Thats why Im waiting. My uncle sells health insurance and warned me about it.
I just thought of something. It didnt start doing that until AFTER I worked at a camp for people with disabilities and was having to lift adults on a normal basis. May well that be part of it?
